最後內容部份，琴奈結結巴巴開口要問山田一些事情，當下山田有聽到嗎？還是說，同時聽到咕嚕聲和琴奈的話對吧？

只是山田反應好像只是要帶琴奈去吃東西，沒有多問其它問題。是刻意的嗎？（伏筆？🙃）

@Q～,看看要不要多簡單描述一句內心話？讓山田有聽到琴奈的話但刻意沒正面回應。這樣的感覺會讓山田看起來有在在意琴奈的心思，但因其它原因沒立即回應琴奈，留下「懸念」。
