我一直認為，生病時躺太多並不好，如能夠的話下床走走會比較好。

有精神的話我會想找其他事分心。但是「走一走」……生病也要復健的話我會想哭……

@貓小月, 我的意思是不要總是躺在床上而已，如走到客聽坐坐，走到廚房找東西吃，走到書桌看書，走到窗邊看看風景……
