Introductions!

We are all stumped, idealess (temporarily of course) writers here. The name I go by is CalicoCarter. I am a 15-year-old aspiring author. Feel free to ask any questions or add any discussions! This society is all about helping each other find new ideas and inspire each other. Anyone who makes fun of someone's ideas or purposely offends someone will be removed from the society. (Sorry to get all serious on you). Let's get to know each other and our ideas!!!!!

Help. I'm on this tribe story called A Tribe's Tale where a daughter has to survive with her mad and abusing father, they are like cavemen. But i can't decide whether to get the Dad having an illness or being possessed. I basically need ideas for plot pls

@Jade-the-leaf-wing, hi! I’d say go based on whether it is realistic or fictional, or in between. If you want to have it more realistic, go for the illness. If you want it more horror/fantasy, have them possessed.

If that still doesn’t help, you can choose based on what you as an author want, though I will say this; illness might require a bit more research than possession, but with illness you won’t have to worry about explaining how it happened.

I go by BluPickles or Blu on social media :) Im an aspiring author and animator. My writers block is a weird thing that will either stay for only a couple days, or months on end 🥲 I have 3 current writing projects, but my favorite is Luminescent. (yes i favoritise my writing, characters, etc)

Hello! I often have writer's block but that's no problem for me. I go by the pseudonym (fake name) Azrael Kogito. If you ever need ideas about horror or gore you can always contact me. I specialize in everything dark and unexplainable but often resort to mental health and insanity or the idea of it. If you don't like the ideas I give I can always give you more! Hello! I have writer's block all the time! It's a very stressful thing to experience, especially for people that feel bored out of their minds. For me, that is accurate. Most of the time, I have nothing to do. Since I wasn't really born with an active imagination or creativity, it's often hard to find something to write about. I usually find inspiration in the things around me, like the objects, people, or even the view. Come check out my new short issue about getting around writer's block!
