**It was almost dawn ...small streams of water dyed in blood trickled down the battlefield ...dead warriors were scattered everywhere, Only a handful of those warriors barely alive ...As they slowly staggered and/or dragged themselves on the rough and jagged ground ...All the while searching and mourning the loss of their loved ones ,comrades ,mentors ...This long war with the demons which had lasted years had finally ended .
"MICAH!!!"

" MICAH!!! ... please ...Where are you ?" he cried,
He didn't think the man he was looking for would have died in battle ...He clenched his hand and once again called for him ... nothing... He was starting to loose hope ...He strayed into the woods slowly dragging himself to the nearby cliff .
Back home near a cliff was where they had first met.
"...Sora?.."
He froze...he turned around as tears of joy and relief welled up in his eyes, both shaking and stumbling made their way each frantically searching for the other in the dense forest ...they had long abandoned their armour and swords ...Though it took some time they had found each other again ...Not willing to slowdown one bit they crashed into each other's arms vowing to never let go of the other ever again
"They did it Mica!... they sealed the demon realm for good " Sora whispered barely able to contain his excitement as he continued .
"We can go home, we can build our own house near the woods ,grow our own farm with shit ton of animals and ...and ..and adopt that girl you saved that one time ..we'll raise her as our own ..We don't have to be the emperor's knights any more... We can live in peace like we always wanted..." He rambled without skipping a beat, before the other pulled him closer for a passionate kiss as the sun painted the sky in beautiful tints of reds and orange .**

" It's been a while, hasn't it? " Sora sighed as his wrinkled fingers felt the yellow crinkly pages of his old diary .
" How many times will you keep reading the same thing ? Don't you get bored of it or something? we can ask Yuki to get you more books ..."
A smile slowlyn cracked on Sora's face as he watched his husband all flustered and more talkative than usual, Micah's once stormy blue eyes now all pale and calm , His once honey blond locks ,now worn and grey ...But to Sora he was still the same rumoured 'ice princess' of the Moon guild ...
" Nah , just wondering how the 'ruthless ice princess' turned out to be such a cute little pupper "

Sora whined as he cuddled closer to Micah ...

They watched as the red and orange tinted sky began to darken and small spots of light that seemed to be sprinkled all over the sky ... that night both slept under the stars without a care in the world as they enjoyed each other's company in peace ...just like they always wanted ...Before both slowly drifted into sweet slumber.
When you really think about it, 65 years isn't that short of a lifespan, especially since men and women usually died at 20's or late 30's during the time of war .
Neither Sora nor Micah had ever gotten anywhere near the *Hero's That Saved Their Realm *...Their lives weren't that interesting either, Don't get me wrong it wasn't as ordinary as a farmer's life ..But it wasn't as good as the stories of hero's either ...
They were never the ones to have a spot light or as strong and witty as the heroes ...They were one of the warriors who were forced into battle as soon as they turned 16...They were a part of an expendable army sent to battle ...It was almost like the universe had already chosen the heroes, while everyone else were cannon fodder to further development of the heroes .
They were one of the unimportant ...ones that don't get much screen time ...ones that were barely in the background ...one of the many nameless
