(pov) Liam
“Liam! come downstairs!” my mom yelled from downstairs. I don’t feel like moving at all last night got me a hangover. My head hurts like a bitch “Liam!” my mom yelled again “coming!” I yelled finally rolling out of bed and onto my feet. I don’t feel like moving at all *ringing* “now my phone!” I yelled grabbing my phone off the dresser and answering it.
“who is it” I said clearly annoyed “is that how you really answer the phone son?” my dad asked from the other line “oh sorry I didn’t know it was you”. I said knowing I’m about to get lectured. ”It doesn’t matter who it is don’t answer the phone like that”. He said “I thought you were downstairs” I said confused. “No I got a call from the office so that’s were I am” he said.
“what did mom say” I said brushing my teeth and knowing that she wasn’t happy about it “ I’m sure you know that she wasn’t happy about it”. He said “I know but you are always gone dad” I said trying to take up for mom a little while putting on my pants “I know but soon you will be leader of the pack and take over” he said “and you and mom can have all the time in the world to together”.
“I know but right now I’m working and you are clearly getting ready for school with all that noise in the background” he said chuckling “I didn’t know you could hear” I said smiling softly “I’ll let you get ready bye son” he said now clearly in a rush “by-” before I could even finish he hung up “-dad” I guess we’re done with that.
