This series focuses on people who possess unnatural abilities. These people are viewed as Outcasts by the general public. What is the origin of their abilities? Why do only a select few have them, while others do not? Kenji Arakawa, a skeptic, endeavors to uncover the truth. 

This story may take a darker approach to create realism. There will be multiple characters to follow, but not so much as to overwhelm the reader. Please be patient for more chapters as I don't have as much free time as I would like to write.
