“Here’s your coffee miss” I say as I hand the coffee to the lady. The lady took the coffee and started to get pissed at me, “Sir, this is a hot coffee not an iced coffee!” The lady said as she threw the hot coffee on me. I wanted to yell at this lady but I couldn’t, then the manager called me. I walked to the manager’s office to find that he was with a boy I’d never seen before. “Yes, sir?” I asked my manager. “Ash, this is Liam, your new coworker.” My manager tells me, “I want you to show him how to run the shop since he’s a new employee, I’m sure you two will get along well! Good luck!” The manager pushed us both out of his office and left us alone.
”Uh, your shirt” Liam says as he pointed to my wet shirt. “Oh, this? A Karen threw some hot coffee on me.” I tell Liam. “Karen’s are the worst, I had to deal with them at my old job.” Liam says. Liam walked over to his bag and grabbed something black out of it. “Take it” he said just as he put something black into my hands. I look at the black thing Liam handed me, It was a t-shirt. Not just any t-shirt, Liam’s black t-shirt.
