When I talk to people about being spiritual its awkward. It's not necessarily black and white, I tend to take joy in being in alignment with purpose and where the universe tends to want to lead me. Being in tune with myself is better than any relationship or outside influence could offer. That doesn't mean I don't believe in a higher being or that I don't pray. What I mean when I say in tune, I'm referring to being aware of myself and taking care of my feelings, needs thoughts etc. There's def this follow the leader stuff that is corrupting our experiences (the ideal car , personality, job, vacation, clothes, places etc) to try to push the attention of everyone else and what everyone else is doing resulting in a lot of unhappy people. No one wants to be told what to do and how to do it 24-7 and whatever they are doing is wrong unless it fits a category in a section and even then, it could still be wrong or worse...not enough. Forget that , I rather just be walking in my own light , in constant creation of energy while attracting whatever it is needed and/or desired.
