The small movement in the trees as a breeze past by, the fresh smell of something cooking in the cafeteria made you hungry. It seemed that the time was going slower then it used to, well definitely while taking a test that could possibly ruin your life. The reflection in the window showed many students depressed and stressed out of their minds. It was like no body was going to pass Mr Williams hardest test this year. Especially because it was a Economy test and we all hated that.
Once class was over I had my english class next, which I liked. It had its ups and downs, especially with the football captain who sits right next to me. It wasn't that I didn't like sitting next to a really hot guy, it was because It was him of all hot guys. I wasn't bullied in school that much, he just annoyed me all the time. Every year we had a class together, maybe this year he kind of shut up because his parents want him to look out for his grades more then girls.
" okay class we have three new students today, gentlemen " the teacher spoke as he looked over to three really hot guys
The one with black hair stood up, " the names Jeremy, I'm Jamaican " he ran his fingers through his hair like all the girls were watching.

" Im Duncan and I'm Irish " he spoke his blue eyes smiling back at everyone as his orange hair went to one side
" Its Taylor and I'm French " the last one spoke, his dark blue hair was tied up into a ponytail.
I cross my arms watching all the girls gossip about them, who do they think they are trying to get girls attentions. Well they definitely aren't getting mine. It was obvious what game they were trying to play on me, and it won't even happen.
After school nothing much happened, it started to rain and I was stuck waiting for my father for two hours start. And did I mention in the pouring rain. But of course I had something to protect myself, right and that would be my economy textbook. I sighed as I shifted my weight to my left leg, my father was probably going to be late as always. It wasn't long until a car pulled up to the school, it wasn't my dads old pick-up truck. It was a dark red Mustang, someone had rolled the window down obvious trying to talk to someone.
" hey do you need a ride " he asked
I looked around and saw no one, so he was talking to me.
" yes you, now come on " he spoke once more
I gulped, this was one of the transfer students. It was Taylor, the smoker of the three and of course the alcoholic. I walked with my textbook still above my head, I opened the car door and got in not looking at him.
" thanks " I mumbled and rested my head on the window
" yeah, you do realize I still need your address to help you any further " he questioned
" its in my textbook " I sighed and he seemed confused
I open my textbook to the middle of the book, there was a map glued to it with the directions to my house. The number and the street name was all there, he raised an eyebrow before driving off. He didn't say another word after that, he drove me home and said goodbye with me saying another thanks. I held my textbook close to my chest and wondered why my father didn't pick me up.

It was like yesterday that I remember it, he came home with her in his arms. An ambulance was heard off in the distance coming towards are house. He grabbed his phone and ran back outside before even telling me what was going on to mother. I waited in front of the house sitting on the tiled floor waiting for the both of them to return. But father was the one who returned, mother was kept at the hospital for a couple of weeks after that. We didn't know this was going to happen, we knew she had cancer but we thought she got over it of course. Father wasn't ready for this, neither was I but I pulled through it as much as possible to see my father happy again. Ever since she died he hasn't smiled once, even when he does smile its always fake to hide the true feelings he wants to show me. Dropping my backpack on the floor I walk into the kitchen, my father was standing there. He had sorrow filled eyes, I smiled and hugged him. I didn't need him to speak, we just knew we both were thinking about mom. It wasn't easy for the both of us to be thinking about her.
" I'm sorry Cas " he muttered
" Its okay dad, don't worry about it " I smiled
" did someone drive you home " he asked
" yeah, this new transfer kid drove him home. Sorry I didn't ask for your permission, its pouring out there " I explained looking up at him
" alright alright, Im not going to scold you bugger " he ruffled my hair
" dad " I whined and giggled
He let go of me so I could fix my hair, I rolled my eyes and punched him in the stomach. These times were fun, even if he faked every smile he made. Even if he wasn't sorry for forgetting to pick me up today, I don't care one bit. He walked away into the kitchen and started to make something for us, I nodded and went off to my room.
Openning my door I collapsed to my bed, it seemed to be a different kind of day today. Well actually is was a weird and crazy day that three hot guys just transferred to my school. Out of no where may I remind you. Looking at the ceiling I sigh, peace and quiet was what I needed all along. Then I heard it, the small knock on my window, who could this be? I rolled over and opened the window, Taylor was standing there in the rain. He was about to speak when I rolled my eyes.
" why am i saying yes to this " I growl as he hops threw.
" I'm not sure, why are you again" he questioned putting a hand to his chin
" why are you here " I asked him as I sat up on my bed " my dad could possibly kill you for trying to rap me " I smirk
" Thats not why I'm here, my parents aren't home and I thought it would be nice to have at least one friend " he explained and sat down on the chair by my desk
" aren't Duncan and Jeremy your friends" I questioned
" yeah, but we don't get along that well. You see we were..." he then paused and shook his head. " never mind " he muttered and fondled with his hands.

" like royalty, the girls were all over us three. Honestly I hate them, Jeremy and Duncan agreed with me. They just want us for our looks " he shrugged

" then come on an adventure with me" he paused and slightly blushed " that was really early to ask but please " he added kind of whining at that.
I thought for a moment, before I heard my father walking towards my room. I ran towards Taylor and ordered him to hide in mu closet. He did and tried to be as fast as he could, once the closet door was closed I sat on my bed reading my book like usual. My father walked in and just smiled, that was even closer. Dinner was ready, I looked back at the closet and sighed. Following him I walked into the kitchen and sat down at the dinner table. It was pasta and shrimp today, he remembered that it was my favorite.
I smile at dad, who sits across from me, we say our prayer before we can eat. Father says amen before digging into the food, we were both starving. Once we both finished we chuckled together, it was fun eating together. I helped clean up and wash the dishes, my father let me go back to my room. I walked in to see that Taylor had left, the window was wide open.
" I knew it " I muttered it seemed as though it was a dream
But never the less I wanted to know more about those three. Even though that seemed like a pretty bad idea.
