I was drowning in a sea of despair and fear. There was no one to turn to, and I was terrified of facing the darkness alone. As the day bled into nightfall, I felt my life slipping away from me.
I had become so accustomed to the darkness that I had almost forgotten what it felt like to be in the light.
I had made some poor choices, and the consequences were catching up to me. I was afraid of what would happen to me if I didn't make it out alive.
I remember lying there, feeling my life fade away while I heard the whispers of death calling me to the other side.
I was scared, but somehow I found the courage to accept this fate. I let go and released myself from the pain and suffering that had kept me in its grip for so long.
As I felt my last breath leave me, I felt a sense of peace and understanding wash over me. I finally felt like I had made it through the darkness, and I was ready to accept whatever came next.
