That night, I was on the sofa. Then I looked to my left just in time to see a man swing something at my window pane.
The song 'Smooth Criminal' was playing on the radio. I felt like I was Annie from the song. The song had come to life.

He came into her apartment."
He smashed my window with a sack. Filled with rocks or something. He came inside and was face-to-face with me in my living room.

She ran underneath the table17Please respect copyright.PENANAED6PvwEaNt
He could see she was unabl.e"
He'd cut himself, and blood was dripping on the wood floor. He paused and stared at me under the coffee table. I ducked under it to avoid getting cut by the glass. I realized I couldn't stay there or I'd freeze up. I ran to my bedroom and locked it, shoving barricades against the door.
"So she ran into the bedroom17Please respect copyright.PENANAx2tzk110KB
She was struck d.own"
He kicked the door open. It swung open and hit my head. I felt dizzy. I gingerly touched my forehead to reveal blood pouring from right above my eyebrow.
"MOMMY!!" I turn at the blood-curdling scream. It was Heaven. I forgot she was sleeping in my bed. The man was taking her out of the sheets. "MOMMY HELP!!"
Her voice was a rasp. She was screaming at the top of her lungs. "NO! HEAVEN! STOP, PUT HER DOWN PLEASE! I BEG YOU, LET HER GO!" I scream just as loudly. He looked back at me and then continued struggling to tie up heaven.
He wouldn't let her go. I grabbed my gun and cocked it.
"LET..HER..GO..."
The man looked at me. He let go of heaven and turned over his soul. Out poured not rocks, but heads.
"It was her doom."
My parents' heads, Emily's head, and the police chief's head.
My shoulders slumped. I was at a loss for words.
A loss. My loss. I'd lost so many. All at once.
The man swatted the gun out of my hand, causing it to shoot my ankle. He grabbed Heaven and ran out the window.
I felt weak as blood from my ankle poured. I fell to my knees.
"Annie, are you ok? Are you ok? Annie..."
