My Wish (Unsaid)

I wish I could make my parents proud,

Without showing how much I’m scared inside.

I smile like it’s all going fine,

But some nights, I just want to hide.

I wish I could buy them a house, someday,

Not a palace—just one where dreams can stay.

I don’t need to shine like stars above,

I just wish I’m enough, with all my love.

No one knows what I quietly pray—

But that small wish keeps me going
