一位因飲用「月光泉」而獨自度過千年孤寂的女巫，在泉水即將再度現身之際，渴望尋找能相伴一生的伴侶 。  她化身為蝴蝶與小羊，深受善良溫柔的牧羊人「梓」吸引，並隱瞞身分與他相戀 。當月光泉現身當天，女巫試探梓對長生不老的看法，梓卻表示寧願與珍視的親友共享短暫而有意義的人生 。隨後梓透露自己早已識破女巫的身分，雖然無法追求永生，但他深愛著女巫，並承諾願意用餘生陪伴她 。  最終，兩人緊緊相依，放棄了長生不老的月光泉 。他們明白，生命的價值不在於長短，而在於彼此守護、真心相愛的永恆記憶 。
