這個故事描述情同姊妹的三位都市女子──劉盈盈、方雅晴與周梓伶，在面對各自的感情難題時，如何攜手走出困境、重新找回自我的過程 。  故事從劉盈盈慘遭男友拋棄、憤而加入「去死去死團」仇視情侶開始 。在與擅長戀愛心理學的蘇祐閔結識後，她們的盲點被一一戳破 ：方雅晴長年陷入「焦慮依戀」，總以奪命連環CALL逼走歷任男友 ；而看似完美的周梓伶則深陷「逃避依戀」，因大考與家庭壓力而刻意疏遠交往多年的男友 。在歷經爭吵與逃避後，姊妹們用愛與陪伴打破了彼此的心房 。最終，周梓伶勇敢面對感情並重獲幸福 ，劉盈盈也解開對蘇祐閔的「死會」誤會，在女裝大作戰的浪漫告白下甜蜜交往 ，三人皆在成長中重拾愛的勇氣 。
