honest, lies

floating ribbons

emotions surface

color blinks

disappear

down down down

core

burning ice

shiny, dull

dense fog

quiet isolation

surface

shimmering perfection

solid, true

real

power, ability

reality

confusion

waves of fear

sadness

unknown

calling

screaming, begging

help

no one hears

no one recognizes

or believes

spinning

burred deep

breathe

fight for calm

hope alone

bed

PJ's

safety comfort

pain melts away

calmness bliss

when

end unknown

folds of dark

endlessly wrapping

core's sky

darker darker

disconnect

core isolated

timeless

yet

time goes on

out of body

out of mind

hovering in nothingness

what's outside

melancholy numbness
