Part One of The Attacks on Ziff Spargo

A walk in the park can seem boring to Ziff. He likes well.. not adventures, but a slow walk in the forest at the break of dawn. That's what Ziff likes. But people, now people don't like Ziff. Of course, some do. But most of them do not. Why you ask, we'll Ziff was different as in he was socially awkward. When he didn't talk to people because he was scared they thought he was rude. He makes friends with the magical creatures though, He had a pet bowtruckle, his hero that he admires so much is Newt Scamander who wrote his favorite book ”Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them.” He does have two friends, Percy and Elmron. All three of them Attended Hogwarts School of Which Craft And Wizardry, Completing their full seven years. He can feel the wind brushing through his hair slows down as he pulls back on his broom towards the luminous green hills of their backyard. As he hit the ground Percy approaches him out of the three-story house they lived in. Ziff having the top floor, Elmron having then second, and Percy having the basement which was a little bit bigger. Percy smiles ”Hey! Nice landing. Smooth unlike last time.” He says with a faint chuckle. Ziff remembers last time, last time he face planted and rolled fifteen feet. He would laugh a little at this memory. “Anyway, you have mail,” Percy says handing him a letter. Ziff would take the letter with a hint of excitement in his eye, he always loved getting mail. He looks at the front, reading what it said. It was from his grandmother, she lived only a little bit away. He opened the letter to find a neatly organized pouch of at least fifteen galleons. Man, that’s one brilliant owl carting fifteen galleons all the way here Ziff thought as he pulled out the letter. A wax seal with a dragon caught up in itself was the design. He tore off the seal to a long paragraph, he read it. It said: Dear, Ziff
Hello, my love. Sadly I have been diagnosed with Dragon Pox. It is said I am going to perish. Now I am leaving everything to you, dear. To help you out with the silly adventures you go on with your friends protecting magical creatures. Now my vault in Gringotts I think will please you very much! I have the password and all right here. It's vault 612. The password is Grufflepuff. There they will direct you to the vault which I want you to take all of it for yourself. I love you so much my dear and your mother doesn't need any money she makes a lot already. I sent you some money for your journey there my dear. Whenever you want or can go you may. Tell Percy and Elmron I said Hello dear!

Reading this Ziffs face brightened, he could now pursue his dream of helping animals with all of the money that he would soon have. He would also share some with Percy and Elmron of course! They deserve it. He just thought when to go he figured next weekend seemed reasonable. But he has to take all of it, which is pretty tricky because his family is actually very wealthy. He has no idea how to get it all, maybe individual trips? He didn't know but that wasn't an important thought at the moment. He grabs his broomstick and walks inside, a blast of cool air hitting him as he does. He sets his broomstick against the wall and puts the letter on the table. He looks around, dishes washing themselves, brooms sweeping the ground. He walks up to Elmrom and explains how they’re going to Gringotts. Elmron goes to the basement to tell Percy. Elmron comes back up with a question on the tip of his tongue, ”When are we going?” he asked. Ziff didn't know yet. ”I dunno yet.” he would say honesty as confused as Elmron about the date. They settled the date as of the next day. Ziff looks around the house, even though he lived there he still loved looking around. One thing that always confused him was the fact that they had a four-story house and the basement is Percy’s room, the one above is the main room. With the kitchen, living room and Television. The ”Second” floor is Elmrons. The final room is Ziffs. Ziff stops looking around and starts to walk upstairs. When each foot hit the stair it would creak a frog’s worth of a creak. He entered the second floor to the Elmron's floor. The walls were covered by bookshelves with so many books you couldn't see the walls. Looking at the books they were every color you could imagine. A space in the bookshelves revealing a tidily made bed. Next to it a nightstand with a glass of water a glasses container, glasses cloth, and a lamp. On the bed two books, we're piled up on top of each other. Looking at the ceiling it was covered in motivational posters. Ziff let out a small chuckle as he continued up to his floor. He turns up to a beautifully decorated room covered in Quidditch posters, movie posters, and mostly like Elmrons. Books everywhere. One wall covered in bookshelves and any kind of shelf holding a book. On the wall which his bed lay there was a window next to it with an enchanted telescope. Looking up you see the roof enchanted to look like the night sky, stars everywhere and beautiful and heartwarming, relaxing site. Next to the bed sat a pitch-black small nightstand with a sparkling silver lamp and three books with a journal on the top of the pile along with his wand. He took a brown square suitcase from the side of the room and put it on his bed and starting folding clothes and Gryffindor propaganda. Ziff finished packing and then went to go look out the window. The sun beamed down on the empty hills of their town. He uses the telescope to look in the distance scanning the sky memorized. He then sees three black dots in the distance he zooms in with the telescopes and makes out three figures on broomsticks in all black. ”Man they must be hot”, he thought while looking at them. He then sees the middle one hold out something in the exact direction of him. Before I realized it was a wand the figure already sent the spell at him. His window exploded into a million glass shards, flying everywhere. He falls down at the impact and starts gathering his things faster and grabs his wand and rushes to Elmron who was still packing. He stopped at Elmron who was on his bed reading a book. ”We have to leave!” he yelled at Elmron clearly frightened. ”What?! Why? What's going on?” Elmron said closing the book and getting his things following Ziff. Ziff looks back at Elmron and tells him to get Percy. Elmron does just that. In a matter of seconds, Elmron comes back up from the basement with Percy and all of Percy’s stuff. Ziff, Percy, and Elmron hear two more booms coming from outside. They rush outside only to find one of the people that originally attacked dead on the ground. Their face towards the ground. Percy yells at them ”GET THE BROOMSTICKS!” They all did that rushing to the broom stand and getting their brooms. But the booms stopped. Instead, it was dead quiet. They got off their brooms and walked over to uncover two other bodies of the dark wizards. They look up to find a person neatly dressed standing there…
