周日先到屬會在牛池灣射箭場的戶外練習，中場午飯休息，飯後再轉場到大西北射箭場。

以往周日若到牛池灣射箭場，一般中午完場便回家，畢竟由牛池灣到大西北召車有點貴。不過這天有師兄弟同行，攤分車費的話還可以。
