We're doing a dance to "We're All in This Together" from High School Musical and my legs are soooooooo sore from the dance and the workout because I forgot how out of shape I am lol
If your legs are sore that means you're getting stronger. The way muscle gain works is you damage it with exercise (That causes the pain) And it repairs and reinforces itself with more denser muscle. That is why anyone who suggests you do it until you feel that you've had enough is a fool. Dance and exercise them until you physically cant do it anymore for the best results. Except the day before the big dance. Let yourself rest for that.
